- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆July 28, 2020, by Ashley CasteelWill not use Peterman again unless push comes to shove. We arranged for them to remove our rental water heater and install the new one we bought. No problems there. The problem was the bill. They were there for an hour and a half and sent a bill for 2 hours after telling me that the water heater rental company was picking up the tab on the first hour! So I know what they did.They got paid for an hour by the water heater rental company and then double-charged me! Highway robbery at its finest.
